Shipping Information

Shipping after Purchase

Our products are shipped by Italy SDA Post. This is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-14 business days depending on your location in the world.

International customers may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Unfortunately, the Renata Kevi team has no control on how these local fees are calculated or assigned. Renata Kevi HQ is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information.

Shipping for Return & Refund

To return our product, you should mail it to: Renata Kevi International, Via Re Enzo 20, 00131, Rome, Italy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping service provided by us will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over 100 Euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
